Hi there, I did the floor angel, however, I felt a tihgtness across my chest. I was not painful. Although my wrists were reasonably flat, I could tell that my back was starting to slightly raise. I tried to relax but it still felt slightly tight across the chest. With my chest and shoulders raxeled, my wrists are about 2 inches from the floor. I can press the right wrist the rest of the way to the floor, but the left is still about an inch up. Pressing the wrists down causes me to pull the shoulder blades down and creates a bit of muscle strain in the front of the left deltoid and outside edge of the pectoral muscle (at the armpit) on that side. No arch in back and ribs stay on the floor.Is this good, bad, somewhere in the middle? Any recommendations for getting the left side the rest of the way down without strain?-Mike

The new files have to go directly over the old ones as described in the directions.You will need to use an FTP program to clean up your WP plugins folder which according to that error message now contains a folder called:wordpress_simple_survey_unzip_firstThere can only be one version of the plugin installed and the folder has to be named: wordpress-simple-survey

HiI currently have the free vseoirn installed but when I look at the results it's giving me the results for all the questionnaires completed merged together with an average score as opposed to the invidivual results I need for each person who completes the questionnaire. Is it possible to have them individually please? In the user data section of the results page entitled users answers if two people have completed the questionnaire it will give me both their responses but without identifying who said what and then at the bottom of the results page it will list both email addresses from the people the completed the questionnaire an average score from all their answers and the ip address of the last person to complete the questionnaire along with the tme and date they completed it.Also for some reason even though the box is checked it isn't sending results to my admin email address.Thank you very much for your help!Sharon
